What can you expect to do as Lead / Senior Salesforce Consultant in our team:
- You analyse our client's domain to understand pain points and propose solutions
- You assure the project's success by gaining client trust and leading them through the project delivery together with the project team
- You translate business needs into technical requirements.
- You advise our clients on digital implementations & strategy as a subject matter expert.
- You deliver high-level design of the target solution, including your own participation on the CRM administration
- You discuss custom development requirements with our development team - you have a high-level understanding of APEX, Frontend capabilities, Web Services and Triggers.
- You oversee project delivery together with the project manager
- You are a core team member of project execution, regardless of method
- You exchange ideas with the internal team

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience (preferably in Salesforce CRM)
- Excellent fluency in English
- Knowledge of UML and SCRUM methodology
- Development experience in APEX, frontend technologies and Git is an advantage
- You understand the importance of on-time delivery
- You are hands-on, proactive, and flexible
- You come across well when communicating and presenting directly to customers
- Knowledge of Czech, German or French is a plus
