Who We Are Searching For:
For our Digital team in Prague and in Brno, we are looking for a Senior / Lead Salesforce Developer to build customized solutions for our clients on top of the Salesforce platform.
We expect you to have a good experience in object-oriented software development, including, but not limited to Salesforce technologies, such as Visualforce and APEX. You should be a great team player, able to work within an international team with a positive attitude.
What You Will Do:
Design and develop solutions with Salesforce (mainly but not limited to Sales & Service Cloud) applying the best practices
Transform technical requirements into reality
Work closely with the client to understand the business requirements/impact and transfer them into technical requirements
Integrate with external systems
Take ownership of the full project delivery from the technical perspective
Accurately estimate small to medium sized projects
Lead & mentor smaller technical teams on a project
What We Expect:
Technical skills
Experience in design & development & delivery of medium to large scaled projects with agile project methodologies
Strong experience in Apex and its standards (min. 4 years)
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform within different clouds
Knowledge of the Integration Patterns, Salesforce APIs and experience with integration with external systems
Hands-on experience with Salesforce front end development (LWC / Aura)
Ability to setup and enforce code quality standards using Git and / or other version control systems
Competency with all phases of the software development lifecycle and agile development including sfdx
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Heroku or MS Dynamics is taken as an advantage

Strong work ethic, proactivity and flexibility
Ability to lead and support more junior colleagues
Ability to consult clients in a technical capacity and present advantages and risks of a particular solution
Languages
Fluent in English written and spoken
Knowledge of Czech, German or French is an advantage
