The current workload presents both a capacity and a talent utilization challenge. Senior team members—whose time is better spent on strategic, client-facing activities—are increasingly pulled into operational account management tasks. Without dedicated support, this model is unsustainable and risks diminishing both efficiency and impact. To address this, she is requesting the addition of a DGS Offshore Senior Account Manager. This role will be housed within the CLG team but fully funded by the Analytics team. Jen has the authority to approve the necessary budget for this position.
