Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive plays an important role in managing and delivering sports marketing projects for brands, particularly in football sponsorships, marathon events, and large-scale sports activations. You will work closely with clients, sports organizations, and event partners to bring sports marketing campaigns to life - from planning to execution on the ground. This role is ideal for someone who loves sports, thrives in event environments, and enjoys working in dynamic, high-energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Account Manager in managing client relationships and delivering sports marketing services
• Planning of activities: marketing activities of client: events, campaigns, etc.
• Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver project outcomes.
• Support planning and execution of large-scale sports events, especially mass participation events such as marathon or running races.
• Coordinate with operators, event production vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of event operations and sponsor activation.
• Assisting in monitoring sponsors' benefits in the Sponsorship packages (at the event's site also other marketing activities proposed by clients)
• Management and operation of sports related events: work directly with sports entities, negotiate and follow up with projects, work with football clubs, event organizers and arrange KOL/players for sponsors events and commercial shootings, etc.
• Working with overseas agencies & other sports organizations: work and coordinate on organizing football matches and sports related events.
• Assisting in managing and preparing essential paperwork.
• Domestic & overseas business trips when required.
• Other assignments from line manager or Company

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in account management and Experience in mass participation sports events (marathon, races, triathlon, football events, etc.) is required.
• Experience working with large-scale sports events, football events, or community sports events, multiple vendors and stakeholders is highly preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills with strong teamwork ability.
• Excellent at English in both speaking and writing.
• MS Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook are a must.
• Basic knowledge of Fan Page management; online advertising and photoshop is a plus
• Be sensitive and flexible in working and communicating with different type of companies/ parties (Overseas/ Government/ Football Federation)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues during project execution.
• Planning & event management skills: skill to brainstorm and proposed new ideas for client's marketing activities, etc.
• Can stand strong pressure: Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations during project execution.
• Good at self & time managements
• Strong passion for sports, especially football and marathon/running culture.
