The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client's business and keeping day to day activities running smoothly. Key responsibilities include: working collaboratively with colleagues and local markets across Dentsu to meet client service needs, coordinating activity ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives and on time/budget, supporting the client manager and wider team with general client liaison and administration, connecting with the client to support delivery of communication and service, researching new market trends to incorporate into planning, and monitoring sales data to measure plan effectiveness flagging issues where appropriate.
