Tasks and requirements

In Dentsu Madrid we are looking for an Operations Executive specialized in offline media.

What will be your mission?

  • Elaboration of the Tactical Plan of media based on the client's objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and timings in the planning and purchase of media.
  • Execute, supervise, and control the status of assigned campaigns.
  • Support the digitalization of the team and internal processes.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in media activation.
  • Analyze the objectives of the campaigns and generate the corresponding results reports.
  • Ensure the closure and invoicing of campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in media planning, with a focus on offline media.
  • Deep knowledge of the audiovisual medium: Linear TV, Cinema, CTV.
  • Familiarity with other media such as OOH (Out of Home).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
