Support Specialist

The purpose of this role is to provide direct support to client teams and their clients by offering operational support to one or more elements of the client lifecycle from start to finish, as well as the tracking and trafficking of digital campaigns for their correct execution.

Main Functions:

  • Collaborate with team members and management in the application of continuous improvements related to client delivery and campaigns to make the process more effective for clients and the business.
  • Maintain client reporting requirements and generate report templates according to requirements.
  • Formalization of the purchase of campaigns: sending orders to supports, loading plans into internal management systems, requesting materials/pieces, etc.
  • Tracking and trafficking of digital campaigns in adservers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to optimize results.
  • Manage technical incidents with media and platforms, ensuring their correct implementation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Closure and invoicing of campaigns.
  • Continuous reporting on the evolution of the plans made and campaigns managed.
