The purpose of this role is to support the talent acquisition team to attract, engage and hire the very best talent into the organisation. This is a service delivery role partnering closely with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders to help ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role has a strong focus on candidate communication, candidate management, and customer service.
Own and manage the post-selection pipeline, ensuring every candidate is smoothly transitioned into the organization.
Assist in all pre-onboarding tasks: documentation, system onboarding, welcome emails, and Day 1 readiness.
Coordinate with IT, Admin, and People Services to ensure assets, tools, and access are provisioned on time.
Serve as the single point of contact for new joiners, guiding them through the onboarding process.
Collaborate with business teams to schedule post-selection connects and team introductions.
Monitor onboarding pipeline health and raise timely flags if leakages, delays, or drop-offs are detected.
Champion a positive joiner experience, ensuring clear communication, support, and engagement from offer acceptance to onboarding completion.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with onboarding workflows or HR tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS) is a plus.
Self-driven, proactive, and a strong sense of ownership.
