The Associate, Business Transformation Ops is responsible for supporting resourcing and staff allocation within the Media Practice area specifically for our Global employee population. You will partner with Business Leaders, RM and our Global Talent Acquisition partners. You will manage multiple assignments and processes concurrently, prioritizing accordingly – within and outside of your team.
This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teams located in Dentsu's agencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.
Tasks and responsibilities include managing candidate submissions and schedule interviews for global talent, inputting, updating, and maintaining data in workforce management and resource allocation tool, identifying and resolving data discrepancies through regular audits and validation checks, collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance data integrity, performing administrative activities such as reconciliation of monthly invoices, consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) set by leadership, effectively prioritizing tasks and workload to align with key business objectives, and working collaboration with the team to ensure tasks are complete and correct at all times.
As part of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, you must actively participate in the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team. You must also participate in the Offshore Team's peer-to-peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices, except for those who are not located in that city.
Qualifications include 1 years of experience in a Resource Management/HR/Operations role or similar function, maintaining and ensuring accuracy of data in workforce management tool, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements, high energy, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a great sense of humor, very comfortable managing multiple ongoing priorities simultaneously, open and honest communicator with excellent organizational and prioritization skills, willingness to learn and share knowledge with others through collaboration, strong Excel skills, and comfortable with each day bringing a new challenge to solve. No day will look exactly the same!
