The role of Technician Production Operations is responsible for operating using Daily Management principles, acting on immediate guidance and feedback given to our associates, and focusing on daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives.

This position is part of the Reagent Pack Team located in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards.
• Train to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Follow engineering drawings, work order information, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process while maintaining FDA requirements.
• Perform the set-up, testing and troubleshooting of RPL systems.
• Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO regulatory requirements.
• Train new team members on equipment operations and work procedures as needed and provide procedural coaching, as needed.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School degree (or equivalent degree) with 2+ years experience

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to lift, move, carry up to 25 pounds.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Regulated environments (ex: FDA, ISO)
• AA degree preferred

The hourly wage for this role is $23.00. This is the wage that we in good faith believe is the wage of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This wage may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
