Drive quality improvement in production area.
Responsible for handling and determining nonconformity products during manufacturing process.
Responsible for nonconforming product handling and personnel capability monitoring for calibration process.
Design and develop inspection process to cover incoming, in-process, final and package.
Work with engineering team to define the quality control requirement.
Create product testing or inspection working instruction.
Responsible for review and approval of device history record.
Responsible for quality data analysis and report provided by weekly/monthly.
Participate and support the external and internal audit.
Perform other work assigned by supervisor.
