What you'll do:

1. Plan, develop, and execute functional test strategies for customized BioProcess Solutions, including procedure development and ownership of functional testing activities.
2. Review, approve, and provide quality oversight on test protocols created by other test engineers, ensuring compliance and consistency.
3. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, recommend corrective actions, and support service teams with maintenance, repair, and on-site customer installations.
4. Support customers and suppliers through technical education, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and ongoing collaboration across the product lifecycle.
5. Maintain and continuously improve test facilities, test equipment, and testing capabilities to support current and future project needs.
6. When appointed as Team Lead, plan and lead team activities, manage short- and mid-term (3-month) resource planning, act as escalation point and coordination partner to planners and project managers, and run regular pulse meetings to ensure timely portfolio delivery.

Who you are:

• Engineer (Swedish level of "Gymnasieingenjör" or "högskoleingenjör") in electrical engineering or equivalent technical discipline, with strong hands-on experience.
• Solid expertise in hardware and software testing, including verification, validation, and work within regulated environments (e.g., GMP).
• High technical competence with strong understanding of control software and preferably GEHC Bioprocess products.
• Structured, analytical problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to deliver results and manage multiple priorities.
• Service-minded team player with strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Natural leader and self-starter with the ability to mentor others, energize teams, and operate effectively in both individual contributor and team-lead roles.
