The Senior Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site.

This position reports to the Supervisor Field Technical Service and is part of the BEC LS Hong Kong team and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.
• Diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution.
• Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
• Escalate complex issues to higher level of technical support.
• May develop new customer service/product agreements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• At least a Higher Diploma educational holder.
• 6 years' relevant experience.
• Good reading and written communication skills in English and local language.
• Good time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Good to have:

• Grade A Electrical Worker's license (from EMSD) holder is preferred.
• Experience in the Medical Science, or related industry is ideal.
