What You'll Do

  • Drive the flight-path process across the Cytiva Operating companies, delivering global sales. Own and deliver the weekly Sales Action Tracker calls, from ownership of the files to the finalization of the weekly pulse number, in agreement with Operating Company and Finance leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with OTR (Order to Remittance) Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of order fulfilment
  • Drive operating mechanisms improvement with finance, commercial, customer service, and distribution planning on the key fulfilment process & revenue flightpath.
  • Track and report on key delivery KPIs, including forecast accuracy, and recommend corrective actions where performance gaps exist
  • Ownership and improvement of BI-led projects, enhancing the quality of backlog dates and tracking in key systems, and leading continuous improvement/DBS projects.

Who You Are

  • Professional and executive presence to lead/support customer meetings
  • Strong analytic skills with exposure to ERPs (Oracle/SAP)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Finance
  • Supply chain – planning and/or fulfillment
  • Commercial support function

The annual salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
