Sales Operations Manager

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years' sales operations experience with hands-on order processing in SAP
  • Proven track record of facilitating LBE/daily sales meetings and driving action plans with sales teams
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas)
  • Experience in medical device/life sciences industries, familiarity with GSP compliance
  • Cross-functional collaboration (Supply Chain, Finance, Legal) on agreements/audits
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret rebate logic, inventory health (DIOH), and sales trends
  • Hands-on experience in system launch phases for order processing platforms will be highly advantageous
