Provide customized assay panel to increase reagent sell thru.
Support and work closely with sales staff by providing reagent products when selling equipment or providing effective reagent solutions in new customer breakthrough and reagent bidding.
Collect and analyze customer data and panel, filter out assay opportunity. Periodically review reagent business and funnel with sales team.
Visit customers regularly and collect business information to deliver reagent selling value.
Periodically review reagent business and assay funnel with manager and dealers.
Sourcing and developing clinical KOL to promote assay funnel win and volume growth.
Formulate corresponding action plans and work schedules.
Be very competent and fluent in conducting professional reagent product trainings and promotions to customers and distributors.
Organize promotion activities for key target clinical department.
Attends external seminars for continuous learning.
