The R&D Engineer, PEC is responsible for supporting ongoing R&D tasks and projects within Radiometer Products in the area of product lifecycle management and new product development.
This position reports to Marek Jotko and is part of the R&D Hardware and Packaging team located in Stargard, Poland and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Perform analysis of component/product material (incl. test) and based on them; maintains material database and creates reports when required.
- Perform material data interpretations and prepare technical reports and presentations based on them.
- Analyze and provides opinions for R&D projects regarding their material compatibility.
- Comanages and participates in projects in close cooperation with other Radiometer departments. Takes part in a process of building and gathering good practices of project management in R&D
- Support engineers and specialists across whole Radiometer in creating solutions that meet current market environmental requirements.
- Take part in creating and acquiring material compliance of Radiometer products, together with other process participating teams within the company.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- M.Sc./Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or similar (Interdisciplinary technological knowledge in; product development, its production and maintenance on the market (electronic, mechanic, biochemistry).
- Min. 5 years of professional experience preferably within R&D department.
- Experience in highly regulated industry; medical or pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage.
- Project management working knowledge together with project documentation maintenance.
- Fluent English (B2/C1).
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel – available to travel estimated 5% of workdays, mainly Denmark.
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- User level experience in databases and Product Lifecycle Management software systems.
