In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Implement improvements to the production process to increase efficiency or quality and solving problems concerning product/material.
  • Participate in the development of existing products and the implementation of new ones.
  • Create and improve production and technical documentation, test protocols, and reports.
  • Evaluate manufacturing equipment to identify potential machinery upgrades that could result in increased efficiency or quality.
  • Cooperate with the maintenance department in order to assure production process and delivery continuity.
  • Contact with many technologies as well as the implementation of new ones.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Higher education; preferable mechanics, automatics, electronics, production engineering, or similar.
  • Min 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (process engineer or similar).
  • Technical knowledge in electronic, pneumatic, or mechanical engineering e.g., experience with specification and commissioning of manufacturing equipment.
  • Language: English – min. upper intermediate (B2), Polish – fluent.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in the medical or automotive industry (process engineer or similar).
  • Experience of working in cleanrooms/controlled environments.
  • Working in a GMP controlled environment and experience with validation of processes and equipment are an advantage.
