Provide 3rd level Service Support. Conduct Service training. Write Service documentation. Deliver to ensure product Serviceability in NPD and design change processes.
The position includes the following fields of activity:
Global 3rd level support for 1st level field service engineers (FSE) and 2nd level technical support engineers Conducting service training classes On-site support when necessary Preparation of technical documentation, e.g. service manuals and technical bulletins Serviceability design in product development and design change
Provide 3rd level support, handling and resolving Escalation Cases in a timely manner Potentially participate in the product development process and design change process, as a primary core team member and swim lane owner for service and support readiness Conduct international service training classes Create Service documentation to inform FSE of instrument update or modification Host communication sessions with FSE to exchange information
Profile:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, preferably in Medical Engineering or Mechatronics Minimum 5 years of work experience with Automation or Electronics, preferably in technical Service role and in medical device or life sciences industry Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences, including in professional English, written and spoken Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex technical issues with minimal supervision Being prepared for international travelling
Requirement:
