Role Overview

The Integration Support Analyst, Customer Integration is responsible for providing production support for enterprise integration platforms, with a focus on Boomi and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). This role ensures the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of integration solutions across business systems. The analyst will leverage 7–8 years of experience in integration support within healthcare, digital, and manufacturing environments to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and maintain seamless connectivity between applications.

This position reports to the Digital Operations, Marketing located in Pall Corporation Pvt Ltd, Pune and will be an on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support Boomi and SAP CPI integrations in production environments, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Lead incident management activities, including triage, impact assessment, communication, and coordination of resolution efforts across technical and business teams.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Maintain incident logs, RCA documentation, and post-incident review reports in alignment with ITIL practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Maintain documentation for support procedures, known errors, and configuration changes.
  • Participate in change management processes, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment of enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards, especially in healthcare and manufacturing domains.
  • Provide on-call support as part of a rotational schedule and respond to high-priority incidents promptly.
  • Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and automation of support tasks.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7–8 years of hands-on experience in production support for Boomi and SAP CPI integrations.
  • Proven experience in healthcare, digital, and manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, error handling, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems (ECC or S/4HANA) and Intershop and Salesforce for integration.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zoho) and ITIL-based support practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Boomi Professional Developer Certification or SAP CPI Certification. Experience with API management, EDI, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards.
