Purpose/Objective: This position will include providing high quality field service support to the customers and distributors for instrument installation, maintenance, repair and assuring customer satisfaction in the area. Providing field service support, especially focus on key accounts and new products and handling regional customers' complaints. Tracking and evaluating distributers service operation quality.
