The Field Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance on Radiometer analyzers according to guidelines provided by Radiometer. This position is part of the Service team located in the Benelux and will be a field-focus role in the south of the Netherlands with regular visits to the office, therefore you must be in possession of driving license B.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform repairs, revisions, maintenance on Radiometer Benelux (RBNL) instruments or IT solutions at customers site or at the RBNL service workshop and creates a service report in CRM of every service action.
• Prepares instruments for demonstration or delivery and installs instruments at customers, performing service training to customers.
• Follows instructions and performs activities as instructed in Field Action Notes, Technical Updates, Service Tips etc.
• Contributes to the weekend service and standby duty.
• Exchanges relevant information with account managers and other service staff and collaborates with Sales, Marketing and Customer Care departments.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor / HBO education in Electronics/Electromechanics or similar Laboratory technology.
• Basic knowledge of IT (hardware, network technologies).
• Business fluent in Dutch and English.
