The Digital Service Training Specialist is responsible for the implementation of the digital training strategy including development and implementation of tools, methods and learning solutions to enhance service competencies. In scope is also the improvement of Service Competency material creation using state-of-the-art ways to build and maintain content, such as AI support. Furthermore, this role should create digital training courses to offer a faster and more effective qualification process, combined with good user experience.

This position reports to the Manager Service Competency and is part of the Global Service department located in Vienna, Austria and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Implement strategy and standards for digital trainings, e.g. with intuitive software/AI
• Develop and implement new types of trainings to extend the blended learning approach, e.g. VR/AR supported trainings and remote training courses
• Create and maintain digital, interactive training content (e-learnings, videos, virtual trainings, etc.) in alignment with subject matter experts and setup courses and curricula in the Learning Management System
• Establish the usage of AI within the Service Competency Team to improve learning material and make material creation easier and more efficient
• Corporate closely with other functional areas, e.g. Digital and Remote Services Specialists, to develop and execute dedicated training programs

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, media or related field
• Proven professional experience in the field of technical training, preferable in a Service organization
• Minimum three years of experience in instructional design or digital training including utilizing new technologies such as E-learnings, AI, AR and VR
• Very good verbal skills in English language and preferably German

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 10 % to other internal locations

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Handling a Learning Management System as well as design and authoring tools
• Running multiple training projects and tasks to successful completion
• Working in cross-locational matrix organization globally

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is €65,000 in accordance with the collective agreement for the industry. Depending on your qualifications and relevant professional experience, we naturally offer a significantly higher salary.
