The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customer orders, complaints, credits notes, invoice management and dispute resolution. Delivers an enhanced customer experience through excellent customer communication, effective resolution of customer issues and a culture of continuous improvement. This position is part of the EMEA Customer Service team and this will be an on-site role in Barcelona.
