The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for interacting with customers to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. May provide quotes, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.

This position reports to the Latam Sales Operation Manager is part of the Operations Department located in Brazil and will be fully on site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Interacts with customers to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review.
• Provide quotes, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.
• Interacts with sales, technical and logistics team.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Strong understanding Computer Administrative Tools (Windows, MS Office).
• Language skills: fluent in Portuguese and Spanish / Intermediate English
• Bachelor’s Degree in related areas.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• 2+ years of customer service.
