Want to work as CAD Design Engineer to prepare 3D modeling in Food & Beverage Domain for domestic and international clients?

The CAD Design Engineer is responsible for preparing 3D Autodesk Inventor models of Filtrations systems for food and beverage industry clients. These 3D models will be used for fabrication and system assembly at shop. CAD Engineer is responsible to deliver 3D models On time, First Time right and within budget as per KPI matrix.

This position is part of the Food & Beverage-Engineering dept and will be located in Pune to support Food & Beverage Project Engineering. This position will report to Engineering Manager F&B and also it will be an onsite role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design of filtration systems (cross-flow systems, ceramic systems, etc.) for production lines in the food industry; mainly for internationally operating breweries such as Heineken, Carlsberg.
• Create New CAD designs & Edit design changes in Autodesk Inventor 3D
• Further development/optimization of CAD model
• Creating technical lists and BOM
• Creating concepts for application systems and processes in construction
• Implement projects and configure and build new systems CAD.
• Delivering First time right output
• Detailed understanding of filtration separation and purification technologies used in the processing of food and beverage process equipment.
• Prepare Skid, Piping 3D models in Autodesk Inventor

The essential requirements of the job include:

• B.E/B.Tech (Process/Chemical/Mechanical/Equivalent)
• Candidate with overall experience of 5-7 yrs
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience of detail engineering of equipment used in Food and beverage, Chemical, Biopharma.
• Be prepared to travel abroad, etc.
• Good communication in skills in English. Proficiency of German would be an added advantage.
• Use of Autodesk Inventor3D, Autodesk Vault, MS Office tools, SAP MM&PP, CAD Viewer

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in qualification activities (FAT/SAT) for process equipment in the food and beverage or equivalent industry.
