The Advanced Technician Production Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Co. Clare is responsible for the safe and efficient manufacture of immunoassay reagents for the IA immunoassay reagent kits.

This position is part of the Operations functions with Beckman Coulters and is located just outside Tulla in Lismeehan, O'Callaghan's Mills, Co. Clare and will be onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Immunoassay team and report to the IA Supervisor, Production Operations. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To:

• Manufacture immunoassay reagents within the Formulation Department in line with approved procedures and schedules.
• Perform cleaning of tanks and operate, maintain, and support CIP systems and autoclave equipment.
• Operate and maintain basic laboratory and production equipment, including analytical balances, pH meters, pipettes, spectrophotometers, and fume hoods.
• Calibrate and perform routine maintenance on production equipment in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain neat, accurate, and compliant documentation in line with GMP and Formulation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping, safety, environmental, and quality standards at all times.
• Support audit readiness activities within the department and participate in inspections as required.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include:

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment (e.g. diagnostics, medical device, pharmaceutical, or biopharma).
• Experience following GMP, SOPs, and controlled documentation requirements.
• Hands-on experience operating laboratory or production equipment.
• Experience maintaining production or laboratory records in compliance with quality systems.

It Would Be A Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In:

• Immunoassay, reagent, or kit manufacturing environments.
• Equipment calibration, CIP systems, or autoclave operation.
• Supporting audits or working in an inspection-ready manufacturing environment.
