Accounts Receivable Shared Services Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Shared Services Specialist is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Credit Management:

• Process customer credit requests in line with company credit policies.
• Review and validate supporting documentation before issuing credit/debit notes.
• Ensure proper approvals are obtained prior to credit issuance.

2. Rebilling Activities:

• Manage rebilling invoices in case of errors, pricing adjustments, or other corrections.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure rebills are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.

3. Customer Dispute Resolution:

• Investigate and resolve customer billing issues and disputes.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers to close cases.
• Document resolution steps for audit trail and compliance.

This position reports to Shaikh Mohamamd Sadak and is part of the Finance & Accounting, located in Hyderabad and will be fully remote.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• NA

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a related field is required for this role.

Experience in collections, invoice and rebilling and credit management.
