Account Manager - Channel Partners

As the primary point of contact with our channel partners in order to grow sales of filtration products leveraging account planning, cross-functional resources, and product & application knowledge. Own the channel partner relationship and deploy the contract to secure annual growth objectives. Convey Pall Value to create long-term customer relationships. Leverage sales tools and process standard work to support growth objectives.

This position reports to the GCC Sales Manager and is part of the Energy+ MEA Commercial Team located in Qatar and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Energy+ management and in partnership with the channel partner. Drive business expansion by significantly increasing market share in channel partner accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with the channel partner and deployment of the contract such as training, marketing support, and annual targets. Promote all Pall technologies and capabilities, including Growth - Equipment, Services & ET, and all other Energy+ products, as applicable to Channel.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value channel capacity expansion opportunities to ensure successful sales completion.
  • Develop and maintain productive long-term relationships with senior management and key decision-makers within channel partner organizations.
  • Provide technical support (leveraging Sales and/or Strategic Specialist where needed) in channel partners to develop and support solutions that exceed customers' expectations. Position, present, and demonstrate Pall's system, consumable, equipment and services technologies within channel partner process development and manufacturing groups, collaborating closely with Sales and/or Strategic Specialist teams to showcase advanced solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams within Pall (FAS, Scientific & Laboratory Services, Marketing, Product Management, Inside Sales, etc.) to develop and implement effective team strategies that address channel partners' needs promptly and secure sales opportunities, especially training and developing the channel partners' capabilities to drive their own growth.
  • Report and communicate all high-value business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management using SFDC / Energy+ in alignment with Pall's latest funnel management and channel partner SW. Maintain a strong, regular channel partner presence with multiple high-level face-to-face customer interactions each day.
  • Create and maintain detailed channel partner profiles and SWOT analyses, including growth targets, current performance, and application of components of the contract.
  • Develop deep insights into channel partner best practices and implement advanced commercial strategies. Stay ahead of industry trends to position products for maximum competitive advantage.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Holding of Engineering degree, preferred chemical or process.
  • +8 years of experience in Oil & Gas, LNG Plants, Refineries & Petrochemicals.
  • Background in LNG Gas plants process and applications, Knowledge in filtration & separation technologies.
  • Bilingual Arabic and English to meet customer requirements.
  • Experiences with customer in GCC, preferably in Qatar market.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role:

  • Ability to travel within Qatar
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record in Qatar
