We are a growing international service organization within Damen Shipyards Group, active in geographical areas such as Americas, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. With over 360 employees worldwide, a large part working in the Netherlands, we provide technical service and support to customers around the world.
You will join an HR team consisting of: two HR Business Partners (including yourself), an HR Manager, and an International Payroll Officer. Together, you are responsible for the full HR spectrum within Damen Services. You will work closely with the shared service center and expertise centers organized at group level. You can count on support from our HR Support department, which answers first-line questions from employees and ensures careful handling of administrative HR processes, such as the drafting of employment contracts.
This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in HR and is now ready to make the step to a broader, international HR function. You will work hands-on on daily HR issues and develop into a full partner for the Area Management Teams and Service Line MT's.
