Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Responsibilities include general marketing, market research, brand management, digital marketing and campaign execution, and content and communications. Balance creative vision with analytical rigor, working cross-functionally to deliver measurable results. Function in a highly strategic and hands-on role that does not include direct staff management.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals
Define marketing priorities, budgets, and KPIs to track performance and ROI
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
Evolve brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice to strengthen market positioning
Partner with leadership to align brand strategy with overall company vision
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, paid media, content marketing, etc.)
Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed for creative or technical support
Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize performance
Support internal communications and company-wide initiatives where brand alignment is critical
Partner with the sales and leadership teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experience
Work closely with leadership to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies
