Perform inventory moves, replenishments, relocations, and consolidations. Perform daily, monthly, and yearly cycle counts to ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy. Identify parts for PARs and dealer calls. Resolve problems and provide assistance to the operations team. Perform analysis on and resolve location availability issues. Perform analysis on pick/path to help the production teams be efficient. Pick and ship vendor returns and scrap orders. Assist with building and equipment maintenance. Provide information for procedural changes, safety concerns, or equipment needs to Shift Supervisor. Accept dealer calls and aid in resolution of customer issues. Operate material handling equipment. Requires ability to work flexible hours and support operations if needed (including different shifts and weekends).
Candidates must have at least one year of progressive warehouse experience and an excellent attendance record. Must possess ability to problem solve and analyze data and information. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to accept responsibility a must. Candidates must also show a demonstrated record of superior productivity and quality. In-depth knowledge of IMS/DView, or the demonstrated ability to learn the system(s). Dedication to learning lean concepts and applying them in the work environment.
This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) Goodyear, AZ US. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
