Customer Service Analyst

Objetivo del Puesto: Analizar los procesos del 谩rea para implementar mejores pr谩cticas, desarrollar proyectos que ofrezcan soluciones con un mejor impacto operativo. Coordinar de manera paralela con la Regi贸n EU iniciativas que sirvan en la mejora constante de procesos y herramienta telef贸nica FIVE9.

Tareas Principales:

  • An谩lisis de los procesos y resultados del 谩rea y recomendaci贸n de acciones a cumplir para mejorar las metas establecidas por la empresa.
  • Responsable de la herramienta telef贸nica FIVE 9. Comunicaci贸n con la Regi贸n. Asistencia a conferencias telef贸nicas. Levantar tickets para solicitud de acceso de nuevos usuarios, reporte de incidencias y todo lo relacionado con las l铆neas telef贸nicas.
  • Seguimiento e implementaci贸n de proyectos locales y regionales enfocados en digitalizaci贸n. IVR, Site de clientes, Self Services, Outlook, Timer, ProleaseNet
  • An谩lisis de productividad del equipo Backup Call Center. Env铆o de reportes y m茅tricas establecidas como objetivos para la agencia externa.
  • Procesar peticiones de los clientes a trav茅s de sistema Timer, elaborar solicitudes de cambios, internas y documentos valor.

Perfil del Puesto:

  • Escolaridad Lic en Administraci贸n de Empresas, Finanzas, Contabilidad o afin.
  • Idioma (s) Ingl茅s avanzado.
  • Experiencia laboral Relacionada con Servicio a clientes, capacidad de an谩lisis y seguimiento de proyectos.
  • Conocimientos t茅cnicos necesarios Microsoft Office Excel avanzado Conocimiento de herramientas digitales.
  • Habilidades t茅cnicas: Facilidad de palabra/buena comunicaci贸n Soluci贸n y manejo de conflictos Conocimiento b谩sico de productos financieros.
