Join the Dahl Automotive team at Dahl Ford in Onalaska as a Service Receptionist! In this position, you will work alongside our service team to help create an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of guest inquiries by phone, email, text and chat
• Communicate with guests regarding scheduling service appointments and following up on their service received
• Be a liaison between guests and the service department
• Be able to make service appointments utilizing the computer appointment system
• Follow up with guests to ensure they are completely satisfied with their service experience
• Assist in generating reports
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Proficient computer skills
• Able to meet the attendance requirements of the position
