Join Us as a DSP

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll be a trusted presence in the lives of those we serve. Whether you're helping with day-to-day tasks or supporting a new life skill, you'll play a meaningful role in someone's journey toward greater independence.

What You'll Do

Support individuals with everyday activities such as:

• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Errands
• Personal hygiene routines

Take individuals on community outings—whether for:

• Appointments
• Errands
• Just to enjoy the day

Track and document changes in overall health and behavior:

• To support their care

Assist with medication reminders or administration:

• When needed

Work collaboratively with a team of professionals:

• To ensure comprehensive support

What You Bring

A caring heart and a commitment to helping others live with dignity and independence.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance.

Willingness to undergo a state and federal fingerprint background check.

CPR Certification and a recent TB test (we can help you obtain both if needed).

Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus—but if you bring passion and dedication, we'll provide the training.

What We Offer

Starting rate of $18–$20 per hour, paid weekly

Full and part-time positions available – let us know what works best for you

Day, evening and overnight shifts available
