- Responsible for performing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and value of products to potential customers
- Develop a deep understanding of products and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, particularly with sales and product development, to understand customer requirements and tailor presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of products
- Take ownership of providing expert technical assistance and support to customers, ensuring prompt and proficient resolution of their queries and concerns
