HR Administrator

The part time HR Administrator plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the European HR department. Reporting to the VP HR, Europe duties will include ensuring HR processes and payroll run efficiently.

Essential Job Functions

• First point of contact for HR queries
• Carry out all employee life-cycle administration, including but not limited to new offer letters and contracts, onboarding, leaver and promotions.
• Conduct face to face new joiner inductions.
• Ensure all systems and records are kept up to date and are accurate.
• Preparing data for the monthly payroll across Europe and working with payroll provider to ensure accurate payments.
• Assist in recruitment administration.
• Co-ordinate and execute 1, 5 & 10 year award gifts.

Job Requirements

• 2 - 4 years experience within an HR administration role
• Experience of Workday (HRIS)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong IT skills
• Can do, positive approach
