Must be comfortable with initiating and managing relationships with various client-side partners, stakeholders, and clients to understand their content needs, identify gaps and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Work with the design and content team to ensure delivery of copy, visual assets, and requirements to email development specialists, who will load them into SFMC Content Builder for implementation.
Develop detailed timelines for deliverables and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the deliverable lifecycle.
Communicate status updates about deliverables to client stakeholders.
Identify, communicate and mitigate internal and external risks to the delivery cycles.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams within Client to ensure effective and efficient collaboration and alignment.
Support the planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered accurately and on time.
Ensure that email campaigns and other deliverables are properly tested, validated for data accuracy, and optimized to offer high-quality customer experience.
Coordinate with team SMEs and ensure thorough testing and review of Salesforce Marketing Cloud setups (e.g., journeys, emails, data integrations) before launch.
