What You'll Do

Working within the Support team, the Service Desk Engineer provides technical support and maintenance to all supported IT business users systems, hardware, and applications. Whilst providing expert technical support, the Service Desk Engineer will ensure incidents and requests are resolved in an efficient and professional manner in line with service level commitments.

This role lends itself to progression and development opportunities within the organisation.

We're Looking For Someone With

  • Previous IT experience, ideally within a service desk environment
  • A good technical understanding including ideally a knowledge of Windows, 365, Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure at times
