Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will provide support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires attention to detail, willingness to jump in where needed, and the ability to manage various administrative and operational tasks. The Operations Coordinator will supporting the operations team with timely and accurate execution of responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform check batch entry for daily processing and reconciliation.
• Manage ACH, NSF, and chargeback activities, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries in the ESP info email box and ESP operations email.
• Review and process online enrollment approvals.
• Intake and organize review board claims submissions.
• Assist with drafting and preparing review board claims letters.
• Vehicle lists updates, clean-up, and submissions within Halo.
• Provide operational support and fill in as needed across.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems (i.e., Halo).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Dependability and accountability.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:

$53,445.00-$72,135.00 Annual
