2026 Summer Internship | Loyalty & Membership

School Year: Undergraduate

Dates of the Internship: June 1st – August 7th (10 weeks)

Format: Hybrid in Illinois (Camping World's hybrid work model allows employees to work in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday).

About the Role

Camping World is looking for a Loyalty & Membership intern for the summer of 2026. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and performance of our multi-tender loyalty and credit card programs. This role sits within the Loyalty Operations team to help execute day-to-day operations, develop member engagement campaigns, and support data-driven initiatives that enhance the overall Member experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and excited to learn how loyalty programs drive customer value and brand affinity.

Candidates must have the ability to work in our Chicago or Lincolnshire office on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days remote) for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2026.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the loyalty and membership program, ensuring accurate setup and smooth execution of promotions, benefits, and member communications.
  • Support cross-functional coordination between Operations, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Service to deliver seamless member experiences.
  • Monitor member feedback and help identify operational gaps or opportunities for improvement.
  • Support reporting and dashboards by pulling data, tracking KPIs, and preparing weekly performance summaries.
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns to drive program enrollment, upgrades, and engagement.
  • Conduct competitive research on loyalty trends within the RV & Outdoor industries to inform program benefits and corresponding marketing strategy.

What You'll Need to Have for the Role

Currently pursuing a Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related degree.

Graduation date between December 2025 and July 2027.

Ability to relocate to Chicago for the internship. (Note: Relocation or housing stipends are not provided.)

Engage in the Internship Project, culminating in a final presentation to the Executive Leadership team.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

Comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets) and learning CRM or marketing automation tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range: $21.74-$26.30 Hourly
