Are you someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, welcoming people with a smile, and learning in a fast-paced environment? CV Labs is looking for an Operations Intern to join our team and help us create the best possible experience for our community and visitors.

CV Labs is more than just a co-working space. We're the home base for a global blockchain ecosystem and part of CV VC (Crypto Valley Venture Capital). Our offices host startups, investors, and innovators from all over the world, working to shape the future of Web3.

Tasks

This role combines front desk reception, day-to-day operations, and team support—perfect if you're organized, friendly, and curious to learn how a fast-growing tech hub works behind the scenes.

You'll be:

• The first point of contact at our reception is greeting guests and making them feel at home
• Supporting the day-to-day office operations (meeting rooms, mail, vendors, office supplies, etc.)
• Helping onboard new members in our co-working community
• Answering calls and emails (in English and German)
• Jumping in to help with internal events, logistics, and whatever else comes up – we're a small, collaborative team!

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• You don't need years of experience; we're looking for someone who is:
• Proactive, friendly, and service-oriented
• Comfortable communicating in both English and German
• A natural multitasker who stays calm and organized, even on busy days
• Curious about startups, tech, or blockchain (you don't need to be an expert!)
• Currently studying or recently graduated in business, hospitality, or a similar field
