Position Summary
This is a work from home position. Schedule: (Tuesday-Friday 6pm-2am & Saturday 10am-6pm EST)
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the completion of assignments and processes for healthcare staff, nurses, medical assistants, technicians, and administrative personnel.
- Advises on financial management activities, such as budget planning, by monitoring expenditures and optimizing resource allocation.
- Analyzes existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as patient flow, resource utilization, and quality of care.
- Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures, including those related to patient privacy such as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- Administers performance reviews and constructive feedback to team leads and addresses any team performance issues.
- Establishes open communication channels that enable cross-functional collaboration and facilitate the coordination of patient care across departments.
- Serves as a liaison between various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, patients, and external organizations.
- Assists manager with ensuring delivery of exceptional services and supporting employee engagement, motivation, and team development.
- Hires, trains, and evaluates staff members, ensuring adequate staffing levels and appropriate skill sets for smooth departmental operations.
Required Qualifications:
Prior Relevant Work Experience 3-5 years
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork
- Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Working knowledge of business intelligence
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
- Education: Post secondary/high school education or specialized training

Pay Range: $43,888.00 - $76,500.00
