In this role you will be responsible for the overall production support of clinical applications in a variety of languages using a diverse toolset. In addition, you will drive exceptional services to CVS Health Clients through a dedicated team of advisers responsible for identifying ways to continuously improve on the services provided to clients and providing communication and updates to senior leaders. As a key member of the Production Support Services team, you will partner with our Business and Account Management team and our internal IT teams to lead and support the services we deliver and provide to our external clients. You will serve as the single point of contact between the business and technical teams and monitor and provide status of production issues.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Pay Range: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
