Lead Technical Position At Rollout Operations Center (ROC)

Position Summary

Lead technical position at Rollout Operations Center (ROC)

• Rollout Operations Center deploys new hardware and software to all CVS sites
• ROC procures and uses Third Party Vendors to install the equipment in CVS sites
• ROC creates all instruction manual Redbooks for technicians
• ROC has its own Call Center for field technicians to call into

Required Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency required - Outlook, Excel, and Word
• 6 Month's experience in related field or technical call center
• 6 Months to 1 Year of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience
• Good communication and written skills

Preferred Qualifications

• IT Customer Support in any previous employment
• 6 Months to 1year of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience
• IT / Technical Education Degree

Education

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
