Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for mental wellness advocacy, and is comfortable working with digital platforms in a fast-paced and emotionally sensitive setting.
The Customer Service Representative is a fully remote position. As they are aligned to a 24-hour call center operation, employees are required to support holiday coverage at a reduced staffing level. This means working some holidays and observing the holiday on others.
