This role will report to our Clinician Support Supervisor. The Clinician Support Coordinator will work with a team to supply support to clinicians working in various states over the phone and via email. The Support Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications regarding a variety of topics including but not limited to daily schedule changes, clinician pay, technical troubleshooting, general Signify Health policy and procedural information.
Telephone clinicians and members with cancellations or changes to existing schedules. Assist clinicians with additional directions and answer questions as needed. Work in multiple systems at the same time. Available to answer all calls assuring a 5% or less missed call rate. Generate and close Salesforce tickets for all requests. Maintain the team's queue to ensure all tickets are addressed. Submit and assign Salesforce tickets to the proper external departments, when further assistance is needed for an issue. Scheduled weekend on a rotating basis. Adherence for required onsite attendance days (Dallas). Provide great customer service both verbally and written.
We are looking for someone with: Minimum 2 year of successful work experience with the organization is preferred. 6 months call center experience. Experience with MS Office, Five9, and Google Office products.
