Join our Advanced Programs team to shape the future of mechanical design for next-generation power electronics, embedded systems, robotics, aerospace, and defense applications. You'll be hands-on with projects that combine innovative hardware with high-performance electro-mechanical systems, and you'll contribute to modernization efforts like Industry 4.0 automation and AI-driven design tools. This is your chance to work alongside experienced engineers, take on meaningful projects from day one, and grow your skills in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.
Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems that support advanced electrical and electro-mechanical products. Create and update CAD models, detailed drawings, and documentation using SolidWorks or AutoCAD. Support thermal, structural, and stress analysis (FEA) to validate designs under real-world conditions. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on new product design and continuous improvement of existing systems. Assist in materials selection, design for manufacturing (DFM), and design for assembly (DFA) to meet customer and military-grade requirements. Participate in testing and validation activities, including environmental testing to MIL-STD specifications. Contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives, including automation and smart manufacturing improvements. Research alternative design solutions and evaluate feasibility, cost, and reliability. Prepare documentation, test plans, and technical reports to support project deliverables.
BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field. 0–3 years of experience – we'll train the right candidate. (Internships, co-ops, or academic projects count!) Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar). Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control principles. Exposure to FEA tools for thermal/structural analysis (preferred). Plus factors: experience with Industry 4.0/automation, MIL-STD testing, or configuration management systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment.
Work on cutting-edge designs that power aerospace, defense, robotics, and industrial systems. Learn directly from senior engineers while contributing to real projects from the start. Competitive pay, benefits, and clear opportunities for career advancement. Be part of a culture that values problem-solving, accountability, and continuous growth.
