Senior Assistant Engineer
About the Role:
- Apply and receive daily PTW for contractors.
- Supervision on ACMV Contractor on preventive and reactive maintenance Manage Contractor's Risk Assessment.
- Permit Receiver & Apply daily PTW permit Perform supervision for contractors PM and Repair work.
- Attend to daily complaints and perform front line troubleshooting for electrical fault, power failure, AV, roller shutter, auto door failure, BMS System, ACMV Equipment and rectify defects.
- Perform handyman works Perform routine PM work for building and M&E Ensure contractor comply with site SOPs and safety standards.
- Perform inspection for landscape.
- Check building housekeeping and tidiness, upkeep and ensure facilities are maintained in satisfactory and hygienic conditions.
- Coordination work of room set up request for events, meetings, and training.
- Frontline troubleshooting for AV equipment Replace or change of light tubes and light's accessories as and when required.
- Clear chokes inside the toilet and replacement of WC accessories such as flushing sensor, valves, etc.
- Service all doors and ensure serviceability which includes door closer, lockset, etc.
- Coordinate and supervise ad-hoc repair work.
- Attend and follow up on KONE lift breakdown to ensure that it is in normal working condition.
- Perform daily preventive maintenance for M&E and building, perform minor defect repair work Inspect and update PPM check list Consumable inventory control and updating.
- Perform fire watch roles.
About you:
- Diploma in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience in property/estate/project management.
