We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer – QS to support cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for a high-rise residential construction project. The role involves preparing quantity take-offs, assisting in cost planning, evaluating contractor claims, and supporting procurement processes. The Project Engineer – QS will work closely with the site team, contractors, and senior QS managers to ensure accurate cost control, track variations, and support timely billing and payment processes. Attention to detail, a good understanding of construction drawings, and familiarity with relevant contracts and standards are essential for success in this role.
